We also have a close working relationship with a national title company which allows us to get expert title review and detect title defects at the earliest possible time and allowing quick resolution of those problems in order to avoid closing delays. Recently we represented a seller where the title company discovered an open permit that had been neglected when our client originally purchased the property twenty years earlier. Through our efforts, and in conjunction with our title company, we were able to resolve the issue and close on time. However, the fact that the original attorney and title company missed the open permit was a costly, and unnecessary, expense to our client.

We have advised commercial real estate clients on all aspects of commercial property including construction, purchase, sale and rental of commercial properties of all types. We have represented developers with respect to zoning, formulation of construction contracts, interfacing with architects and subcontractors, preparing commercial leases, prosecuting evictions and assisting with commercial financing. Working with our commercial property clients, we have handled all types of construction related litigation from lien litigation to disputes with subcontractors, to litigation with suppliers and materialmen.
